A French high school is looking for a Swedish high school to organize an exchange program over 2015-2016.

Where? Lycée Cantau in Anglet, near Biarritz in the Basque region.

Organized by: Romain Duteuil, teaching maths in English in the European high school program.

Students: second year of high school in a scientific section (première S/natur-vetenskapslinje, 2:an), around 16-17 years old.

Goal: For French and Swedish students to practice English and build scientific projects together based on common interests between their regions (mountain, sea, renewable energies…)

Exchange: the Swedish students would come to France, stay at French students’ houses and go to their school, visit the area, and vice versa, in order to discover what life is like in the country they’re visiting. The students can exchange by email between the two trips.

Note: the school would like this exchange to be a long-term project so that new generations of students can exchange between the two countries every year.
